 | Payment terms: Payments should be made payable to L. J. Jardine
Payment is ProForma and payable prior to delivery, or on delivery with our agreement.
In any circumstance where we have agreed to forward goods prior to payment. These goods become payable 16 days from receipt of our invoice, by cheque or BACS unless otherwise agreed with ourselves.
All goods remain the property of Jim Jardine until such time as they are paid for. The risk in the goods passes to the Buyer on delivery, but ownership of the goods remains with Jimjardine chairs until full payment has been received from the Buyer. | |

Delivery:
We can offer a free delivery within our local area. Delivery can normally be made within 3 weeks upon receipt of order.

 | Trial Chairs:
After our initial consultation we can supply a trial chair for a 3 day period. Please note this period can only be extended with our agreement. All trial chairs remain the property of jimjardine chairs. Any loss or damage will be charged at cost.
